An epic collection with three epic games. This is possibly one of the nicest game collections I've ever purchased. Everything, from the packaging down to the game content itself is top notch, obviously intended to make the fan boys drool. I personally don't care about the collector's aspect of the game. It's nice, but I am more interested in the upgraded controls. I was not disappointed in the least. Much like the Pikmin remake, the upgraded controls rejuvenate the experience. Most of this review focuses on this product as a collector's pack or compilation since there is an abundance of good reviews on each of the individual games. For anyone who hasn't played any of the Metroid Prime series of games, here's a really quick summary. You play as Samus Aran, a bounty-hunter in a power suit that must save the galaxy from immense and epic danger. THREE TIMES! The game is played from a first-person perspective, and althought you kill a lot of Space Pirates with a variety of weapons, it is quite different from many FPS titles out there. Exploration of the environment and discovery of clues, countless upgrades, intense platforming sections, and backtracking to find new paths are the name of the game. In my opinion, the Metroid Prime series is possibly the only FPS title out there that really manages to get platforming right. Almost never do the jumps feel cheap or impossible, even when they are challenging. Combat controls are tight and responsive and I never found myself struggling with flaws in the controls. Each of the three games play essentially the same, but the story is slightly different in each with some different weapons and item upgrades found throughout the title. WHAT'S NEW IN THIS? - Wii pointer controls for aiming and some limited motion controls. - Achievement/Medal system has been added to the first two titles - Widescreen support for the first two titles - Minor graphical upgrades - Metal collector's set box - Collector's artwork - One of the nicest and heftiest instruction manuals I've ever seen in a console game. They don't make them like this anymore. THE GOOD: +++ Amazingly tight and precise controls, but more customization options would have been nice. +++ Split-screen multi-player in Metroid Prime 2. +++ Three of the best and most critically acclaimed Nintendo games ever made all on one disc. +++ Amazing graphics which... well, they're really old and show their age but the artwork is stunning. +++ At least 60+ hours of game play. THE BAD... SORT OF --- No online multi-player. It really feels like the only thing missing from the game. --- Lots of back-tracking. It's not really that bad, but some people can't stand it. Be warned. --- You may have already paid for this and beat it at least once before. --- This set proves that most developers are lazy on the Wii because the graphics on some games produced last generation mop the floor. IS IT WORTH THE PURCHASE? That depends on who you are. * If you have never played any of the Metroid Prime titles and are looking for a good adventure game or a FPS title and you don't mind lots of exploration, pick this up. * If you tried either Metroid Prime or Metroid Prime 3 - Corruption and didn't like it, I doubt you'll like it this time either. * If you tried Metroid Prime 2 - Echoes and didn't like it or got frustrated, I recommend at least renting this one because Prime and Corruption are much more approachable than Echoes was. * If you beat all three Metroids before and you never play through a game a second time, you may want to stay away from this title. For those who rarely replay games after beating them, the new additions are nice, but nothing except the controls are earth-shatteringly new. * If you enjoy replaying some of your favorite games over again from time to time and you consider Metroid to be one of your favorites, the control upgrades alone are reason enough to justify the purchase. Much like Resident Evil 4, the remake for the Wii makes this the definitive version to own. * If you enjoyed Metroid Prime - Corruption and never played Metroid Prime 1 & 2, this game is a must buy. * If you're a Metroid fan boy/girl, yes. This game was made just for you. I'd tell you to buy it, but you probably already had a copy pre-ordered months ago. In fact, go buy two copies, keeping one sealed in the original shrink wrap inside a sealed vault. I also recommend getting some therapy. MP Trilogy: If you own a Wii, this game is a MUST-HAVE! Metroid Prime 3: Corruption is, without a doubt, one of the best games I have ever played. It is almost 3 years old now as it was one of the near-launch titles for the Wii, but it is still one of the prettiest titles available in the entire catalog of Wii games. So, if you have never owned/played Metroid Prime 3, then this purchase is a no-brainer: In addition to Metroid Prime 3, one of the best titles available on the Wii... you get it's pre-Wii predessors: Metroid Prime and Metroid Prime 2, both of which, despite being ports of Gamecube game, still look incredible, and have the added benefit of the new Wii controls. For the price of one Wii game, you get 3 of the best games available on Gamecube/Wii. It is estimated by Ign.com that the entire trilogy amounts to over 80 hours of gameplay... and this doesnt even take into account the fact that Metroid Prime 2 also has 4-player splitscreen multiplayer (LOCAL ONLY unfortunately!). Also, for those of you that are like me and like a real challenge, once you beat the game on "Veteran" difficulty, you unlock "Hypermode" difficulty. I never did beat Metroid Prime 3 on Hypermode difficulty... it is that hardcore. Here are some features that make this trilogy an epic must-have for the Wii: 1) 3 GREAT games for the price of 1... no brainer. All 3 games look great and are a blast to play. When you start up Trilogy, you can select to play any of the 3 games, or to play Prime 2's multiplayer (which is available from the start). Each game has it's own progress tracking/save, as well as achievements. 2) Improved controls, visuals, and gameplay for Metroid Prime 1 and 2: The visuals on both games got a bit of an update, and some of the bosses and enemies are more balanced. Basically, MP 1 and 2 play almost exactly like Metroid Prime 3. 3) Achievements: Each game includes a pretty robust set of unlockable achievements (a new addition to MP 1 and 2). When I originally played MP 3, this was one of my favorite features (maybe I am borderline OCD?)... I really enjoyed scanning each and every enemy and item, gaining various trophies, etc. This feature is a welcome addition to the first 2 games. 4) Metroid Prime 2 multiplayer - This was a welcome addition to Metroid Prime 2, and I am glad they preserved it in the Trilogy collection. It is fairly basic, but an absolute blast. I really enjoy local multiplayer personally... I prefer it to online only games because frequently with Wii games, you can either play online, or you can play with your friends locally... almost never both for some reason. I love having friends over for a good old fashioned frag-fest... and this game will deliver. It's just a shame they didnt add an online multiplayer component. This was a real missed opportunity... but not a deal breaker. 4-player splitscreen versus mode is a welcome addition, and works very nicely. Granted... it's no Call of Duty.... but it is a blast to play through. Me and my friends will have a blast with this, especially since The Conduit only has online multiplayer (what a shame!)... part of the draw of owning a Wii is having your friends over to play local multiplayer games. 5) Hardcore Difficulty: "Hypermode Difficulty" mode is a BEAST. It will make you want to pull your hair out. It is not for the faint of heart! =) I loved every second of it... Metroid Prime 3's Hypermode Difficulty was REALLY punishing... enemies are hard to kill and plentiful. I LOVE a challenge, and hate when games end too early or are too easy... and these games do neither. Over 80hrs of hardcore gameplay? Yes please... In short, this Trilogy belongs in EVERY Wii-owner's collection. Not to mention it comes in a "Collector's Edition" tin case with a poster and cool concept art... I even got a free MP Trilogy T-shirt. GO BUY THIS GAME! NOW.. seriously... I'll wait.. GO! Here are my rating scores for the Trilogy (all 3 games as 1): Presentation: 9/10 (menus are updated with pointer functionality, and you can select your game (MP1,2,3 or multiplayer) from the start screen. My only gripe is that your gamesaves from the original Metroid Prime 3: Corruption CANNOT be used for this game... so I have to start from scratch. No worries, though... I played through that game 2 years ago, so I am about due for a replay. Graphics: 10/10 - this is one of the pretties games on the Wii. Enemies and environments are colorful and lively. Gameplay: 10/10 - These are 3 of the best games available on ANY Nintendo console. 'Nuff said. Lasting Appeal: 9/10 - 3 hardcore games with unlockable "Hypermode" difficulty, plus robust achievements. Local only multiplayer. I would rate it 10/10 if they had included online multiplayer... but I prefer local-only multiplayer to online-only multiplayer. Overall: 9.5/10 - Absolutely incredible set of games. A must-have for all Wii owners! The Definitive Way to Play Metroid In 2002, Metroid pretty much returned from the dead with Metroid Prime. The game was amazing, with some of the best visuals of the time and intoxicating gameplay. The series had gone to a first person perspective. Nintendo defined as a First Person Adventure, and not a shooter. Yet it worked for Metroid perfectly. Metroid Prime 2: Echoes came out in 2004, and while it didn't match the flair of the first one, it was still a pretty good game in and of itself. In 2007, however, the Metroid Prime Trilogy got an overhaul in controls. The motion sensor controls actually worked really well with Metroid Prime 3. Even then some of us were probably thinking, "Wouldn't it be great to play the first two games like this?" And now Nintendo is letting us do just that. You can now plow through all three Metroid Prime titles. The entire trilogy is on one disc and they've got those added controls for those who enjoyed them in Metroid Prime 3. It might bring into question as to whether or not it's worth it for those who played the previous two games. That depends on if you want a different experience. It's worth considering, though, because you're getting three games for the price of one. If you've never played Metroid Prime before--any of them, then this is a good way to introduce yourself to the games. There isn't a whole lot to discuss with Metroid Prime. They're beautiful games that put a huge emphasis on exploring and adventure. All three games do this while telling a story. Story isn't really a strong point with Metroid, however. Not nearly as much as exploring corridors, collecting upgrades, fighting colossal bosses and backtracking. The Wii remote lets you play the first two games in the same manner you played the third. Giving you the Wii Remote as your gun. You'll move around using the analog stick and point, shoot and turn using the Wii Remote. Metroid Prime works with these controls because there aren't exactly a million things to do, or a million different weapons to switch between. Since just about everything stacks it can work well enough. If you didn't like the controls of Metroid Prime 3, however, then you're probably not going to here. It's essentially the same thing for every game now. The controls on the Gamecube weren't clunky, but there is something smoother about using the Wii remote for certain tasks. There are more than just controls added to the experience, though. Metroid Prime 1 and 2 now have the same rewards system as Metroid Prime 3 had. When you perform certain tasks or meet certain objectives, you'll get a credit which can be used to exchange for unlockable content. More than that, the games also get a slight improvement in graphics, including a wide screen presentation and improving on some graphical textures. The Metroid Prime games were beautiful enough on the Gamecube. Essentially the games look just like their Gamecube counterparts, they just have a few smoother textures and a widescreen presentation. The big question is whether or not to get this package if you already own the games. That depends on whether or not you think playing with the motion sensor controls is worthwhile or not. The control scheme in and of itself is actually quite good, but you're not getting a different game. They're the same games you've played before. Metroid Prime 3 is unchanged from what you originally got before. This also means you might suffer from similar problems. The motion sensor controls are good, but can sometimes be a bit sensitive. Most people might have already experienced these controls before if they played Metroid Prime 3. If you liked what you got, then yes, it's worth investing in this to use those controls with Metroid Prime 1 and 2. In part because it's a good deal. If you weren't a fan of Metroid Prime 3's control scheme, I can't imagine why you'd want to pick up this collection. Even if you don't buy the collection, it might be worth checking out for those who are curious to experience Metroid Prime 1 and 2 in a new light. In other ways it feels like a more definitive way to play Metroid Prime because the controls do work rather well. It might not be a brand new experience for those who mastered the Gamecube titles, but it will certainly be different. And getting three games for the price of one isn't so bad at all, either.

Rechargeable Replacement Battery Pack For Nintendo DS Lite
From NG
Amazon Sales Rank: #2015 in Video Games Brand: NG Platform: Nintendo DS Dimensions: 3.00 pounds
New Life to Well-Worn Hardware I've had my DS Lite since the unit was released, and my daughter and I have logged many hours on it. When it stopped holding a charge, I realized that I really didn't want to have to replace the whole unit--I like the GameBoy Advance slot in the front, and the new body style doesn't have this. Enter the perfect, cheap, renewable energy source: this replacement battery pack. For just a few dollars, we're back on our feet and playing away. It arrived simply packaged, with the tiny tool for undoing the screw on the DS Lite's battery panel, and within about 2 minutes we were done and on the charger. A great way to bring your DS back from the dead. Works great in our DS Lite We have had a DS Lite for a while, and recently it stopped holding a charge. This battery seemed like a reasonable solution to our problem. It installed easily, shipped promptly, and holds charge without any problem. If you need a replacement battery for a DS Lite you won't be unhappy with this purchase. It comes with a small screwdriver to help remove and reseal the battery cover. The entire process took only a minute or two and the DS Lite was back up and running. This battery looks very similar to the old DS Lite battery, but had more English writing on it. A DS Delight This rechargeable replacement battery pack has come in very handy. My daughter really enjoys her DS Lite and quickly wore out the original battery pack provided by Nintendo. After numerous searches in local retail stores, I decided to turn to the web for a solution. What I found was this excellent battery that comes with a handy screwdriver to help you replace the original battery in the DS Lite unit. This particular battery sits perfectly in the DS Lite, and holds its charge for a very long time. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced non-Nintendo option for replacing a dead battery pack.

The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks: Prima Official Game Guide (Prima Official Game Guides)
By Stephen Stratton
* Detailed Overworld and dungeon maps revealing every hidden goodie
Amazon Sales Rank: #576 in Books Published on: 2009-12-07 Released on: 2009-12-07 Original language: English Number of items: 1 Binding: Paperback 320 pages
A Complete Guide for the Game This guide is well done and thorough. My 10 year-old son says, "This is great because it has EVERYTHING in it!" It is organized and has great graphics and screen shots throughout. Prima does not usually disappoint when putting together a thorough and well designed guide. A big bonus to this guide is the removable poster size map. This shows the location of rabbits, warp gates and tracks that are unlocked by the Force Gem. All locations are numbered and labeled (temples, stations, villages, etc.) This is a big help for a middle-aged mom who has trouble remembering where to go. The guide starts out with a brief overview of all preceding Zelda games and goes into a tutorial for playing the game. There is a complete list of items, friends and fiends. Then the walkthrough begins. This follows most game guide formats. There are a lot of screen shots with written details for getting through every aspect of the game - preparing yourself for hidden enemies, finding gems and items, finding warp gates and other oddities that you may only stumble across while playing. Like any game guide, if you follow-it too closely, you can loose the fun of the game. Sometimes it is better to get through a portion of the game and then go to the guide to see what you might want to go back and fill-in or retrieve. Although most tools in this guide will ultimately be available online in short order, the fact is that having the guide at your disposal with all information in one place is a big help. It saves the time of searching online or waiting for someone to finish writing their walkthrough. My son loves to read through the guides after he has completed the game just to soak up the experience a little longer. Great Product, Great Customer service I Ordered this guide because it was cheaper at amazon than anywhere else and since i ordered it the week of christmas and used free shipping i assumed thet it would not be here until the estimated date of 29th but it got here on the 22nd, thank you Amazon for a great and speedy service. I will definitly order all my guides from them from now on.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Honestly, they are pretty much as described, but you are far better off just playing with the original wii remotes w/jacket! These are very poorly made and will only interfere with the action. :)

Boring! The graphics for the game were not anywhere near where they could of and should have been. Was very grainy, and pixilated. Also the story was relatively basic, along with the game itself. The gameplay was basic by terms of interaction. Throughout the game it was walk around and slash every one you found, or try and be sneaky and shoot an arrow at a guy far away. In the end I found that the game was not worth the price, and I have only tried on the Wii system so I do not know if they game would differ with the other systems.

Bionicle: The Game
From THQ
Join your heroes, the Toa, on the island of Mata Nui in an epic confrontation between light and darkness, on your GBA! Journey across all six elemental regions or "Wahi", helping to free the Matoran villagers while defeating the dark minions of Makuta that ravage the island.
Very cool!! This game is a lot fun! You play as a Toa, go around trying to find missing matoran to help the Turaga make a key, then you open up the boss lair. Sound boring? You are very wrong. You can shoot Rahi like Nui-Jaga, Nui-Rama, and Tarakava with your elemental blasts, Charge up your energy for a super blast and beat enemies quicker, flip a switch and race over to a platform before it gets too high, and defeat Bohrok in action-packed boss levels. The only bad thing about it is the diagonal camera. You can't change it. But you'll get used to it. It is the most fun game I've played. The bottom line is: If you like Bionicle and you've always wanted to be a Toa, THEN QUIT READING AND START BUYING!! cool and hot at the time this game is the best game i have ever got in my live, one thing i like about the game is that it is collaging,it make you think and the tip of you mind.another thing is that the graphics are the the best out of all the game have played(and i have alot).and the best thing about this game is the aventure you have with all the toa/toa navo. this game give you the feeling your the toa your self which is great for a real leo fan.one more thing is this game want take you 10 min to win. it take alot longer which is a good thing. this way you want get bord with it. Best GBA game ever. I love this game!!! My friend got it with her GBA and i barrowed it, and then she got bored with her GameBoy, so she sold it AND the game, and it took me forever to track it down again, even online. I finally found it on here and bought it in a heartbeat! It is SOOOO much fun! You are able to play 6 different characters with different powers, and fight different creatures to save the poor tribal people who are held in bondage. When you reach the end of each level, you fight a more difficult foe, and when you destroy him, your character gets upgraded. I LOVE this game! It's the best game ever made for GameBoy Advanced!!!

Fair Warning: Everybody (will) Want Some(thing better)... I got the "free" copy of GH: VH from the GH5 promo offer. The set-list itself is great, but a little short on VH songs. I'd rather have it all exclusively VH tunes (much like RB: The Beatles) instead of having other bands' music. I was let down that Foreigner's "Double Vision" was a remix version with their current singer instead of Lou Gramm (It even says "1978" onscreen). Is Mick Jones that hard up for people to accept his new singer? There's also a lot of other band's songs that I don't plan on replaying again. I guess GH is starting to scrape the bottom of the barrel on songs. Rumor is "Wolfie" had a hand in picking those bands. They should've at least had songs from artists that were more of an influence on the band like Metallica did with their GH game. The VH cut-scenes are pretty lackluster compared to GH: Metallica & RB: The Beatles. Some real love went into those, mostly on The Beatles' game. It's almost as if this was a quick production on the band's or Activision's behalf. I winced seeing Wolfie playing as an avatar instead of Michael Anthony. It just didn't "fit" hearing the original music and background vocals and seeing Wolfie in his place. It's almost sacrilege. What am I saying? It is sacrilege! I was also surprised that the gameplay wasn't as hard on medium as I thought it would be. (I remember "Hot for Teacher" being too hard playing on medium on GH:WT.) Another criticism is that it came in a crappy cardboard "promotional copy" sleeve that's sure to leave scratches on the disc, instead of a plastic clamshell. I tried to complain to Activision regarding the matter and they told me I would have to purchase a new copy. I know it was free, but it still a justifiable complaint. I have the same complaint about some DVD's that come in cardboard sleeves. There should be a ban on this practice! I'd say the game will be worth buying for diehard VH fans. $49.99 is a bit steep for an abbreviated game compared to the regular GH versions that have 75+ songs included for the price. This one has around 46 songs. They should include a Frankenstrat face plate or something to justify that price.

Need for Speed: Undercover
From Electronic Arts
No description available for this title.
Amazon Sales Rank: #2985 in Video Games Brand: Electronic Arts Model: 15769 Published on: 2008-11 Released on: 2008-11-17 ESRB Rating: Everyone 10+ Platform: Nintendo DS Number of items: 1 Dimensions: .63" h x 5.45" w x 5.78" l, .25 pounds
Worth a trip Another year usually means another Need for Speed game, of which the DS isn't safe from either. Still though, the Need for Speed series has had a pretty good track record on the DS, and while Need for Speed: Undercover isn't quite as good as Prostreet and Carbon were on the DS, it still manages to deliver most of the goods. Graphically speaking, Undercover offers up some good-looking 3-D work, despite the fact that there's frequent amounts of pop-up and texture glitches that can impede the racing experience. The game does manage to control pretty good though, even if the cop AI is practically broken and some of the racing elements are pretty drab. Still, there's enough challenges and a great amount of online and offline multiplayer options to keep you busy for a while. All in all, Need for Speed: Undercover for the DS doesn't offer anything you haven't played before, but if you own a DS and racing is your thing, this game is worth a trip. Very Suprising Wow, this game really surprised me. I love the NFS series so I couldn't give up on the ds versions of the game. This game surprised me more than anything. Pros, Frame rate is pretty good races are long yet intense best graphics out of all Need for Speed games on DS Plenty of races Cons, graphics are still pretty bad Pathetic attempts at cut scenes are cheesy All it is, is race after race Very Easy Now don't get me wrong, the pros outweigh the cons. The NFS series still has a LONG ways to go, expecially on the ds. But still, this is by far the best NFS game for the Nintendo DS. Overall 8/10 New Need For Speed Adventure I love this game because you get to play with the bad guys, and then bust them! You go from being on their team undercover to coming out in the open as a cop. Complete with all the options as the other NFS games, you can pick the kind of car you want, the color you want, and can upgrade the preformance and appearance of your car. You can also CREATE your own pictures you can place onto the doors, roof, or hood of your car! Hahaha, my favorite feature. It's really cool!

BDA Gamer - Game console accessory kit
From Bensussen Deutsch & Associates
If you have trouble wielding that little stylus, try the full size pen stylus. This pack includes two of the popular retractable pen stylus with pocket clip, and two easy-to-apply screen protectors. The stylus and screen protectors are both Nintendo compliant for game system safety.
Amazon Sales Rank: #17044 in Video Games Brand: Bensussen Deutsch & Associates Platform: Nintendo DS
Great grip and retractable I absolutely love this variation of the Nintendo DS Lite stylus. It fits much more comfortably in my grip and lessens the ache in my hand if I play for extended periods of time. It is retractable and has a typical pen-style clip to attach it to my protective bag that I use for all my games, system and supplies. I haven't found the need to use the screen savers yet as I found that using similar products for my PDA in the past were more of a pain than a function. So if you are like me and prefer a more solid feeling stylus and not the thin style that fits into the DS Lite system, then this is the product for you! Great addition for Nintendo fans My daughter loves these pens. It's so easy to lose the stylus that comes with the Nintendo DS, and these are easy to hold on to as well when playing.

Cheap Thrills Brand Controller Extension Cord, 10 Feet, for Nintendo Wii
From Cheap Thrills Gaming
High Quality extension cord for any wired device that uses the Wii's controller ports. Gives ample room. Also works equally well with Nintendo Gamecube. Lifetime replacement guarantee for authentic products with the Cheap Thrills Gaming tag.
Amazon Sales Rank: #2935 in Video Games Brand: Cheap Thrills Gaming Model: CTG0009 Platform: Nintendo Wii
recommended Basically it works, I still whup nubs on brawl, just now I lie down on my couch while I do it ;) Anyway it works and the white color matches the Wii. 10 ft is the longest I found and allowed me to wrap it around the back of my desk. So I super glued some Velcro to it and the bottom of my desk so that I can plug it in with out having this wire lying across my floor (My couch is right next to my desk), yet if I ever decide to move it I can always take it off. So yea I recommend it. Especially since wave birds are so damn expensive now (O well at least I got Rumble). Oh to be nit-picky when i got in the mail it was in an envolope and somewhat folded like it is in the products picture. This caused it to be really kinky which may get on some nerves but should a non-issue. The only reason i mention it is because I don't see why they just don't wrap it in a circle. One more thing If you are buying this with a new controller you may want to instead check out the new gamecube controller MADE BY NINTENDO (none of that 3rd party crap--look for the logo)Its a white controller that matches the Wii and most notably it comes with a 10 FOOT cord so you may not even need the extension. Great quality at a great price! We really needed this! This really helps give some extra distance between your setup and the couch. We're getting the kids into old-school games on the Wii, and some of the items (like the dance mat) really benefit from the extra length this extension cord gives. Plus it's a great value - very nice quality and you can't beat the price!

GREAT FUN FOR RETRO LOVERS! For retro gamers, the power player 128 in 1 (4.5) is a great buy! It has all the old retro classics like donkey kong, super mario, galaga, dig dug, and much more! There is a slight hum in the background, but other than that, the game works flawlessly! Finally got it to work! So my husband opened the game and plugged it in and it wouldnt work...then after i was planning on returning it because all we were getting was a white screen, my husband figured it out! He took the back off and saw a little blue clip thing..he said he pushed it in and then back out and then it worked!! My kids love it!!! Didn't even work I just got this today - shipping was awesome. I bought 2- 1 for me and one for a Christmas gift. I wrapped one, then opened mine to play. But it doesn't work. Per another review, I tried all the av jacks on all 3 of my tvs- nothing. there is just a blank screen. What a disappointment after all the good reviews. Also - the smell is very strong! I have contacted the seller and hope to hear something soon.

Super Mario Brothers Question Block Sound Plush Nintendo
From PCMICROSTORE
Question blkcs are a common icon withitn the Super Mario video game series by Nintendo.
Amazon Sales Rank: #46836 in Toys & Games Brand: PCMICROSTORE
Brings back good memories... the sound when you hit this brick is pretty much what you hear from the early Nintendo video games. i was really surprised. Coolest Plush ever! This thing is awesome! Brings me right back to when I was a kid playing Mario with my friends. Great to just have around for that "Wow, that makes a sound?" remark from friends. Owning this WILL make you cooler. Old school for the win! Works as described Not much to say. It's a coin block. You hit the bottom it makes a coin sound or a 1up mushroom sound. Add some fishing line and much office fun to be had.
New Super Mario Brothers Red Mushroom Candy Tin [Cherry Sours]
From Nintendo
Listing is for 1 tin. Product is available in 3 colors/flavors: Green Apple, Blue Raspberry, Red Cherry.
Amazon Sales Rank: #67763 in Toys & Games Brand: Nintendo
Fun and cute, find it locally! I found this cool little tin at Bed Bath and Beyond for $2.99. Having grown up playing Mario Bros., I couldn't resist! The candy is tasty, not too sour, more like tart, really. Not as big as I thought I really need to pay more attention to the measurements of the items on Amazon. Anyway, the tin is pretty small but still a nice collectible for any Super Mario fan. There's a small amount of candy on the inside which you will devour within the first few hours. Because the tin is so small its doubtful that you'll find something else to put in it except really small candy or jewelry. All in all its a great gift for friends or family members that grew up with the original Nintendo and Super Nintendo. Cute, makes a nice gift My brother gave me this red mushroom candy tin as a gift. It's small and cute, and there are cherry-flavored mushroom-shaped sour candies inside.
15 foot long Sensor Bar Extension Cable for Nintendo Wii
From CheapThrillsGaming
Cheap Thrills Games offers this high quality cable for the Nintendo Wii. Its much cheaper than using battery powered sensor bars. This cable comes with the Cheap Thrills Cable Guarantee - as long as it is purchased from an authorized reseller.
Amazon Sales Rank: #2571 in Video Games Brand: Cheap Thrills Gaming Model: CTG0003 Platform: Nintendo Wii
Sensor Bar Extension Wire We have a wall mounted TV and a in wall component rack that is about 15 feet away. We put te Wii in the cabinet, but could never get the wireless sensor bars to work very accurately. So, we bought this extension cable, ran the wire through the wall with the other TV wires and use the sensor bar that came with the Wii. With the 6 or so feet of the wire already attached to the sensor bar, we had plenty with this extra 15 feet to make the route to the wall cabinet. I am not sure why, but it simply works 10X better than the 3 wireless bars we waisted money on. I, and the kids, are VERY HAPPY with this product! Nice when you want to save your money on batteries I put two of these together to get 30 feet of extension, and it works very well. I had the Nyko wireless bar and the timer feature was cute, but this is much better. I want to forget about my sensor bar and not have to change batteries. And with Amazon Prime, 2 of these was actually cheaper than one of the battery powered bars. Very happy with it. great item, simple yet very useful This item worked great. I needed to be able to mount the sensor bar under the plasma tv and run the wiring through the wall so it was concealed. This item worked great for that application. I didn't want to deal with replacing batteries in a wireless sensor bar, so this seemed like the logical choice. I'm very happy with it.

Amazon Sales Rank: #12593 in Video Games Brand: Conspiracy Published on: 2007-10 Released on: 2007-10-02 ESRB Rating: Everyone 10+ Platform: Nintendo Wii Number of items: 1 Dimensions: .55" h x 7.50" w x 5.69" l, .36 pounds
In 1997, this game would have been, well bad... OK. I was looking forward to this game. Giant robots, with guns, blowing up stuff. Nuff said! Well, no. From the moment you insert this game in to your Wii (on the disc start screen) you begin to see the home made production values that "shine" throughout the game. From the menu with no options (why have a menu). To given 15 seconds to select your character, in a single player game, where the characters have different stats. Then to the absolute lackluster game play. Hint, to beat the boss without getting hint hold left. When you're all the way left, hold right. Apparently the boss has no clue how to lead a target moving in a straight line at a steady pace. Not to mention that you have to shoot at like a billion things, and have NO autofire. Save the life of your wiimote and don't even bother renting this one. Too many good games out there to waste your time. Or pull out a Saturn or Dreamcast and relive some quality games. Hell they looked and sounded better ten years ago as well. Side Scroller Shooter Morphed When I first saw this game I thought it could be fun. I bought @ $20, after playing it I shouldn't have paid more than $5. This could have potential; giant mech suits, guns, shooting, ect. This game is basically a side scrolling shooter morphed into a first person. This game is set up like an arcade style game, timers on character selection, no continuing from save point, and a high score listing. This game gets tedious after about 10 minutes of game playing, if not from the start. Possibly the only good thing about this game is that it would be fun to play in a contest with a group just to see who has better finger speed. If you love the side scrolling shooters of the past, you might want to rent this game.

It even floats safely if dropped in the water.
Brand: DiCAPac Model: WP-410 Dimensions: .30 pounds
DICAPAC WORKS!!!!! I wanted a Nice underwater Camera Case for my Canon SD750 camera to use when I go to Hawaii, but didn't want to shell out $200 for the Case by Canon. SO I opted to give the DicaPac a go.. Let me tell you I reaad alot of online reviews and I was confident it would work.. Well Lets just say it worked, and worked great. My friend laughed at me and thought I was Crazy to be putting My trust in a $30 "Plastic bag" as she put it.. especially with my nice camera.. But after it worked Flawlessly and I got over a 100 pivtures andf video of her Daughter in the Pool testing it out, she was now a Believer. She will definately be getting one now. as the the reviewer said he coudn't see the lens.. I'm not sure if he only has a viewfinder, but on my camera it has a large LCD display only and I could see every Picture and video being taken through the clear case. Very nice!!! Will tell all my friends going to Hawaii to save their money on the expensive manufacturers' cases and get this one instead.. Worked for me I was hesitant about using this underwater, but I thought it would be good to at least protect my camera from the sand. After doing a few tests with tissue inside, I braved the water. It survived my entire vacation, from jet skiing to snorkeling to kayaking. The lens piece is quite clear and I was able to take good pictures. Sometimes water droplets blurred certain spots, but it wasn't a huge problem. My only problems were, 1- It was difficult sometimes to press buttons thru the bag. 2- sometimes the camera lens wasn't in the right spot, so when I turned on the camera the lens was blocked. I'd shift the camera and the restart it. 3 - The plastic aside from the lens can get hard to see thru in the water. I wasn't always sure if I was getting my picture. Overall, I liked the product a lot. It's certainly much cheaper than the official underwater camera case that Canon makes. Works great! I use this holder for my cannon SD770 when I kayak and snorkel. Also Like to take pics as I scoot down the river in the Yak while holding the camera just under water. Interesting pics of fish under logs and big rocks....I knew they were there, just couldn't hook'em! The camera is easy to use and remains dry. Keep the case out of the sun whenever possible, I suspect the plastic will eventually harden and crack.

Great Product ! Got this Wii charger for my kids since they play Wii all the time. This works great and is cool because you can charge the controllers with the jackets on and my son just got the motion plus controller and you can charge that as well. I learned that these two features are not on a number of other chargers, which is why I purchased this one. I certainly recommend it. Beware of advertising With "Official" in the title this item mislead me to believe that it was an official Nintendo product, upon opening it I realized that it was not it is however licensed by Nintendo (which to me does not justify use of the word official). Likewise (and somewhat more disturbing) the screen shots on amazon for this item show that it has an "energy star" rating, but when i received this product the energy star logos were covered up with blue stickers to hide the rating which I assume was falsely advertising. I apologize for not commenting on the quality of the product itself in this review but wanted to draw quick attention to these discrepancies. There are other third party chargers for much cheaper, and I hoping to return this item to save money for a similar unofficial product.

Don't buy this.
This product is a waste of money. I should have assumed that it was very cheaply made, but I was so excited for the opportunity to play NES games on the go. The screen is small, and my particular system's screen was off-centered. The colors would bleed and did not display the proper color scheme on the screen. I spent more time trying to get a good connection to the pin where games are insterted than actually playing the system. This is not a good alternative to a DS or PSP. Stick to the proven handhelds...Disappointed at best...

Konami Collector's Series: Castlevania & Contra

A good port of some good NES games
The port/emulation of these five games is excellent. Both sound and graphics seem to be basically identical to the originals running on the NES. These games really need a decent control pad to be fully enjoyed. With one, the control is equivalent to the originals. Konami did a great job with the game's front end, in that once the application is launched, all functions can be accessed solely by a game pad (including switching games, changing settings, etc.). It's also possible to save a game's state at any time, which is the only upgrade over the original games.
All 5 games are actually surprisingly playable, considering their age, but some more so than others. The two Contra games I could do without, although I've spent an hour or two on them (I still find them way to difficult). The first Castlevania isn't much of anything special either. Castlevania 2 was the first game in the series to add some Adventure/RPG elements, and is the main reason I bought this compilation. It's nowhere near as good as Symphony of the Night or the GameBoy Advance Castlevania games, but I'm enjoying it.
Castlevania 3's gameplay moves closer to the original's, except with considerably enhanced graphics and music (for a NES game that is). Most notably it added multiple paths through the game-at the end of many levels the player is given two paths to pick from. It also added three potential alternate characters with different abilities. The combination of those two elements gave Castlevania 3 quite a bit of replay value back in the day (although I only actually beat the game once-it gets extraordinarily hard towards the end).
My only "complaint" is just that I'd love to see more compilations like this. The NES and other systems from that era have a huge backlog of games with gameplay that still holds up today, and I'd love the opportunity to buy more of them! At any rate, if you don't mind the dated graphics, this compilation is a good deal, especially for the price.
A Must-Have Collection with One Significant Flaw!
These are among the best games ever created. Konomi struck silicon gold with the Castlevania and Contra games. Back in the day, when gamers weren't playing these games they were often thinking about them.
The Castlevania trilogy remains to this day some of the finest gaming I have ever had played.
"Castlevania" 1986 is an action/adventure where our whip-in-hand hero Simon Belomont must destroy monstrous legions of villians that borrowed from myth and fiction until he reaches his final destination with the one and only Dracula.
"Castlevania II: Simon's Quest" 1988 is a departue from the first game. This sequel added problem solving and a password feature to save your progress on this somewhat lenghty game. Unfortunatly, the challenge factor was greatly reduced with infinite continues that made you reappear on the exact same screen in which you were defeated on.
"Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse" 1990 brings the series back to the roots of the first game. The emphasis is back on action. New charcters have been added to what is perhaps the BEST Castlevania game ever invented! In a time when the 16-bit systems were claiming themseleves the new kings of gaming its nice to know that with games like this and Super Mario Bros. 3 that the 8-bit NES still had it.
The two Contra games were among the finest two player cooperative games of the time and have still held up well even today.
"Contra" 1987 is a basically you and (if you want) your friend against and almost endless array of ruthless aliens. The action is fast and intense and the stakes are high. Either rid Terra from these galactic ghouls or pass the controler to someone else who can do it.
"Super C" 1991 is more of zapping those pesky little aliens from the first game again. Like Castlevania III it shows off some pretty impressive graphic improvements from the first game.
The only flaw in this collection is that the 30 lives code that should work for both Contra and Super C only works for the former. It's a shame because Super C is actually a better game in my opinion.
Overall, these are great games with a save feature that allows saving at any point in the game. If you miss these games or badly need an old school education this is a very affordable and playable collection to own on your pc.
Awesome. Finally Got my Castlenvania.
Mainly ordered this for Castlevania II. I ordered from CDI-Wholesale on the 15th of Nov., and it was delivered on the 16th of Nov. Total cost was nine dollars and change. Original games. New condition. Awesome flashback for me. I am 28 and absolutely HATE all this new Play Staion, X-Box garbage with graphics that make me dizzy. I am old-school, baby. And LOVE the original NES. This is a Tride and True classic and it's amazing that it is available for play on your cd-rom / PC. Now they just gotta get the original Zelda out. Then I'll be happy as a clam in high tide!! Thanks Konami! And Thanks CDI!!

Double Dragon III
From LJN GAMES
Only one man knows the real story behind Marion's disappearance... and he's dead! Now the Double Dragons must rely on a mysterious fortune teller to locate Marion and her ransom- The Sacred Stones of Power!
- Amazon Sales Rank: #8758 in Video Games
- Brand: Tradewest
- ESRB Rating: Rating Pending
- Platform: Nintendo NES
Synopsis: A very difficult video game to play
That's right, folks! This is another beat-up-the-bad-guys-and-save-the-girl video game from the makers of. . . actually Technos made this game. I know next to nothing about Technos. Double Dragon is a game of three distinct trigger actions: jumping, punching, and kicking; and seeing as how the standard NES controller has only two trigger buttons, Tehcnos decided in part 3 (as with the previous games) to make jumping accessible by through pressing the both the punch and kick buttons simultaneously (there is lenience so both buttons do not need to be pressed at the exact same time). From a jump, you can perform one of three attacks as Billy or Jimmy: cyclone spin-kick (A or B), arial kick (left or right and B), or monkey-flip your opponent (left or right and A). When monkey-flipping your opponent, you somersaut over your opponent, grab his/her head or hair, and toss him/her through the air. This is especially fun when fighting on ledges -- just make sure you don't get too close and fall off, yourself.
On the downside, there are no playable females (which seems to bother only myself). You can still fight against a few female thugs though.
Another hex is the high level of difficulty that stems from the questionable play-control. For example, the first boss (who somehwat resembles the Jack of Hearts) has a long reach which makes him hard to hit and he often ducks when you try to whack him with your cyclone spin-kick, leaving you open for attack, thanks to a lagging recovery. You also cannot monkey-flip some enemies.
As for Chin and Ranzou, these two have slightly different attack methods from the Double Dragons:
Chin has a diving Kamikaze head-butt which is activated through jumping towards your an enemy and then pressing A. When your press A or B after jumping, he does some weird air dance that only attacks from one side. His weapon is the iron claw, similar to Vega from Street Fighter.
Yagu Ranzou is (in my opinion) the best character. He uses a katana instead of his bare fists and he can use his other weapon 20 times (as opposed to Chin and the Lee brothers who can only use their's five). Ranzou's weapon is the shuriken (or flying ninja star).
You can play as Chin and Ranzou only after you have beaten them.
Billy and Jimmy's weapons are the nunchukues.

Introducing a new idea, but not new action
Join Billy and Jimmy in a similtaneous brawling on the streets game. This is the same game as ever, just with less graphics. They tried to incorporate a new idea to this game by having Billy and Jimmy on a quest around the world to find Billy's girlfriend Maria. The game gets very old quickly because of how long it is and the lack of enemy variety.
cool martial arts
graphics could be better but you get to be different characters after you beat the 2 bosses out of the 5 different levels and then you can be them and the boss comes included with his own weapon that u can use for limited time .... u get to be a ninja and a kung fu guy and if you're playig with a friend on two player you can decide which one of u which get which well after billy and the other dude with red hair are dead ...as far as the fighting goes i see some reviews that say the fighting from the other two is better but its hard to say this game has its own unique style of fighting double dragon 2 has better graphics this game is just more damn fun to play if you are playing it by urself unlike double dragon 1 and 2

My fiancee loves this
I bought this wallet for my fiancee last Christmas, so he's had it almost a year now. He's a huge Zelda fan, so when I saw this, I knew it would be perfect.
You may not be able to tell from the photo, but the Link picture on the wallet is actually a painted metal piece. On the other side, the TriForce is painted in gold. I was very concerned when I received the item, that the metal piece would come off, but it is still firmly attached. The product is apparently very well-made, because he carries it in his pocket every day and it still looks really nice. The only real sign of wear-and-tear, is that the Tri-Force is starting to wear off.
I would definitely recommend this for any Zelda fan.

Great for younger kids!
Just picked this up today. This is a great little fun game for younger kids and adults who love Christmas and enjoy simple, casual mini-games. What other game lets you bowl over elves (who, incidentally, make various humorous comments before being hit by the ball)? You'll also get to bounce a reindeer through the sky on presents, make hot chocolate (just the way the elf wants it), put logs on the fire or cook marshmallows, sing along to Christmas carols (with lyrics displayed on-screen), decorate a Christmas tree, open each day of the Advent calendar... and lots of other little activities and games. They're all simple and lighthearted. It'll make a great little stocking stuffer to keep family and friends occupied on Christmas day.
Fun for anyone
I tried this game for about an hour and I enjoyed it right away. It's one of the games that I can just leave on my tv while I listen to some christmas carols on the radio (the radio in the game that plays plenty of christmas tunes). I started by playing Deck the Halls which is like a puzzle game that you have to put 3 like-items next to eachother to erase them off the board. I played that for a while, moved onto some of the other mini games, mailed a letter to Santa which I think he replied back today.
This will be a great present for the month of December. You can decorate your tree with colored balls, ornaments, ribbons, you name it! And everyday in the month of December unlocks a new ornament I believe on the Advent Calendar. So it really is a lot of fun. I'm going to buy it and use it everyday in December just to see what is new. Great game that you wouldn't expect to be pretty good.
Great game for kids and adults who may be looking to find Christmas again and get back in the mood of loving it! [This game] Made me feel like a young kid again.

This is a great game for the DSI -story is great - fun to play.
Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story
The game guide book arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. I try to get the Prima game guide for most of the Nintendo games I buy. The game hints are very helpful and accurate.
Useful Guide, but Lacking a few things
This is a good guide for an awesome game, you shouldn't get stuck in any tough spots if you have this guide (although I was able to beat most of the game myself except for one part). It gives you a good catalog of the games extras, however it should include information on a few more things. For example, throughout Mario & Luigi's adventure, they can get badges that have helpful effects on them. There is no place in the guide that gives you a list of badges, where to find them, or their various effects (It's not a big deal for me though, as I'm only missing one badge in the entire game). I also wouldn't reccomend getting this guide until after you try the game, unless you just like to get the guides to most games you get for collector's purposes. It's a pretty easy game, and if you only need to find the game's extras, I reccomend an online guide.

Wothless waste of plastic
This is terrible. Brain dead story, horrible controls, crap game play, insane difficulty and not even worth playing and one of the lamest endings ever.
A very underrated game
Why does this have a negative review? It's not a bad game at all. The gameplay is well made and the graphics are nice. What is bad about this game? It's not perfect yes but it's perfectly playable. The enemies are well designed to give you a chance to defeat them and the challenge is legit, not broken. What is broken about this game? One hit deaths? What about Contra? Also what about Battletoads? This game is a lot easier then Battletoads and also Castlevania. I personally think this game doesn't get the love it deserves.
Why?
This is more of a game to showoff as "Hey man, look at this stupid game I bought!" Lame all around. Don't waste your time. Again, it's the kind of game to have in your collection just to say you have it. It makes me want to beat it.

The Powermat Home and Office mat is a slim, sleek charging mat for home or office. What's a charging mat, you ask? Good question. Powermat's Wireless Charging System offers a clean, simple way to keep all those personal electronic devices charged, without a mess of cables. With the Powermat system, you choose a mat and then choose the receivers to match the devices you want to charge. Each mat includes a Universal Powercube receiver that allows you to charge hundreds of devices. You can also purchase receivers custom designed to fit on your devices, so you never need to remove them to use your device.

The Powermat Wireless Charging System
Wireless Charging
Connect your devices to Powermat Receivers, and simply drop them on the Powermat to charge wirelessly, as fast or faster than the stock power adaptor. A unique sound lets you know a solid connection has been made (an additional sound is heard when you remove your device--both are adjustable and can be turned off), and an indicator light--also adjustable--is displayed while a device is charging.
Use Only What You Need
Communication between the Powermat and Receivers allows the mat to give exactly enough power for exactly the right time. When a device is fully charged, power is shut off to that device, so no energy is wasted. If a device is used while on the mat, the system knows it--charging starts up again until you've got a full charge.
Wired USB Connection
For legacy USB devices, or a quick charge while all your Receivers are in use, Powermats also feature a wired USB connection. It may not be wireless, but it's better than finding another free power outlet.

Slick Design
Industrial design is key for personal electronics, and the Powermat appropriately follows suit. The Home and Office Mat features a minimal curved design that will work in most any environment, while the fold-up Portable Mat looks sharp and stows away simply for travel.
Powermat custom Receivers are like a second skin for the device they charge, enabling access to all controls and keeping the design clean and simple. Receivers are available for iPods and iPhones, Nintendo DS, various Blackberry models, and more.
So How Does It Work?
Powermat utilizes principles of magnetic induction combined with Powermat proprietary patent-pending technology to safely and effectively provide power to electronic devices. Powermat transforms surfaces including walls, tables, floors and desktops into safe, simple, and efficient conductors of energy. It replaces the need to access multiple electrical sockets for real-time powering and charging of electronic devices. Neat, huh?

What's in the Box
Powermat Home & Office Mat, Powermat Power Adapter, Powermat Powercube Universal Receiver, Tip Storage, Assorted Tips (8), Owner's Manual DON"T THROW OUT THOSE CHARGING CORDS JUST YET
I got this Powermat because it looked cutting edge and I thought it would be worth it to spend $100 to simplify re-charging small electronic devices. It did not turn out to be such a great time saver and I am returning it.
Please note that it does not re-charge ALL small electronic devices. You need to have specific models and thankfully most of my gadgets complied. You also need to place each item to be re-charged into a Powermat receiver case (additional purchase may be required) and then place it on the Powermat itself. Your device is charged through the magnetic connection between the Powermat and the Powermat case holding your device. Remember to remove the receiver case after charging as it is not recommended for daily use. It seems an extra step and the opposite of simplification but it charged fast. It lets you know when you have made a successful connection. The process of fitting your electronic device (iPod cases cost $40) into the charging case for the Powermat can be tricky at first. The included directions were not very helpful.
Basically, this Powermat is an ultra cool looking devise that is the same thing as a decorative charger station (Digipower SAM-G100-CH Executive Edition Charging Valet - Cherrywood) but with more steps, compatibility issues and slight hassles with removing Powermat charger cases. I cannot think the energy savings are substantial but hopefully it is the start of greener technology.
I would not recommend this device over the usual charging cords unless you have money to burn and want the latest gadget.
A Good Idea Gone BAD
I picked up this product and the iPhone case because it seemed like a great idea. After I set everything up I started to wonder if the magnet on the iPhone case was safe in my pocket where I also keep my credit cards and if it was safe near video tapes.
So I called Customer support, after about 20 min wait I was told by the lady who answered my call that I should remove my iPhone from the case after charging because the case was not intended for daily use. I asked if I needed to switch cases two times each day where the time savings was over just plugging my iPhone into the charger, which can be done in the case. At this point the lady got a little snippy and said I should e-mail my question in for a more detailed response, because she did not have any further information.
So I sent an e-mail asking if the iPhone case could be used for daily use and if the magnet was safe around credit cards and video tapes (I work at a TV station) after 5 DAYS of no response I just returned the unit. As of today 14 days later their support has NOT responded. Hello I just paid $159.00 at least tell me you looking into it!!
This COULD have been the coolest product, but I just don't think it is ready for primetime yet and this company needs to learn how to support its users better!
It seems to me you are just trading one issue for a new issue. I was also bothered by the fact their instructions say to remove this case before taking you iPhone into the Apple Store? Would using this void your warranty? Are they just saying that fearing you don't get the case back? I don't know because support NEVER responded.
Cool but Disappointed
I purchased this product via the website and was excited to try it when it was delivered. Set up was simple, but the instructions for charging were disturbingly vague. I couldn't figure out how to charge my devices without the one cube that they sent me. After several failed attempts, I realized that I needed a slim receiver for each device (which they don't sell for many cell phones including my LG Voyager). Additionally, I would have to pay another $30-$40 for each additional receiver or cube so that I could simulataneously charge my devices.
Why would I buy more cube receivers that I would still need to plug my device into? Very disappointed with the product for my needs and very pricey for less than total functionality. If you have a Blackberry and/or an IPhone then you might want to consider it. Just know that you'll need to invest another $40 per device to get the full functionality as you see it advertised. Too pricey for me!
